     Summer reservations can be made for the months of May through September.
    Winter reservations may be made for the months of January through March.

  • Rates

    • $150 per day + 5% tax for one bedroom for up to 2 people

    $250 per day + 5% tax for two bedroom for up to 4 people
    ( Mat Su Borough 5% Bed Tax )

    Check In Time: 2 PM
    Check Out Time: 12 noon

    Reservation Policy:
    To hold your reservation a check for 50% deposit of your total stay fee should be mailed to our address. The balance of your stay fee (cash or travelers checks) is due upon arrival. We do not accept credit cards at this time. You may cancel with no penalty up to 15 days in advance. Cancelling less than 14 days in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay fee.

    Vacation Apartment Details:
    • Double occupancy per bedroom with separate bedroom for additional people
    • Maximum of 4 adults.
    • Not handicap accessible.
    • Not suitable for children.
    • Full deck on second level overlooking the lake.
    • Full kitchen, dining and living room area
    • Bathroom with shower on second floor
    • Must be able to handle stairs from ground floor area to second floor.
    • Larger groups can be accommodated but with some restrictions and shared facilities.

    • No pets
    • This property is a non-smoking environment
    ** Continental breakfast will be provided in the apartment kitchen.
